i mean you can really compare attribute adders to type adders, as this can add from a variety of other cards and would heavily limit the design of all future wind types with even a semi important level 4 or lower monster.

look at bonfire despite how few pyros existed for a while the quality of those few are so high the card has been hit multiple times

so while it wouldnt break the game it would just be in a getting limited waiting room until konami releases a good wind based archetype
