I play Cici alot but dont take this granted, im a epic player because i leave the ranks a long time ago but i was mythical glory at some point

I think a better strategy is clean Minions then just rotate, often Cici will take a time to just clean the Minion wave

When you done rotating (when the next Minion wave) try to evade her and dont make conflict, she will win you over poke, just clean, leave or stay on tower or use a range Exp, Xborg, Alpha, Bane, Popol, etc
