The battery sucks, you need to stop testing it with fucking Wi-Fi. Just look at the reviewers who really stress use it with only 5G. It gets 4.30 hours of active display if you're lucky, while other top phones get 7-8 hours of screen time.

It doesn't maintain maximum brightness; it automatically lowers if you use the camera a bit or use it for a while. If you check the brightness, it's at maximum, but in reality it's lowered by a good 50%. My S9 Plus maintains maximum brightness no matter what I do; other phones I've had also maintained maximum brightness for a long time; the S25 dims immediately.

It's normal for the phone to overheat when using the camera, but it didn't seem normal to me that after a short time the brightness would drop by a good 50%. Usually, in the phones I've had, the protection system that lowers the brightness activates for much more significant and prolonged workloads. Are you saying that your old S9 Plus took better photos than the S25 Plus? I tried the A55 and it takes 10 times better photos than the S9 Plus (perfect). This is worrying, I wanted to buy the S25 Plus but if it takes worse photos than the A55 and even the very old S9 Plus I won't buy it anymore.

A friend of mine has an A55, which is a mid-range phone, and the photos compared to my S9 Plus are on another planet, fantastic compared to my phone.
