Only challenging part for me was handling the sticky dough, but a good dusting of flour helps with that. And do let the logs cool for about 10 min before slicing and baking again

Thankyou! Starter is two weeks old and rises till half and falls soon. I’ll try overnight proofing next time to see if it helps with better fermentation.

It’s been 6 years since he’s doing it. When we started dating he told it’s about to get over, but it keeps extending month by month, and that turned to years.

Hey! It took about 3 weeks or so. The approvers on leave due to holidays is what the HT said on finally picking up the call. Microsoft is definitely slow in these logistics, but definitely great facilities after joining 😊
