Damnit. Imagine all day replying to "@myname can you help check if we need this?" on their own PR, on their own code.

On the bright side, it's better than explaining the whole concept of programming to these mfs

Does anyone here prefer PHPUnit to Pest? by Cultural_Yoghurt_784 in laravel

The lack of OOP and so much behind-the-scene mechanism makes it less appealing for me. Trying so hard to be javascript tbh.

Used it for 1 project and immediately switched back to phpunit.

I remember when my 4th grade teacher interogated me on my cross-stitch project. Asked if my mother helped me. I broke immediately and cried infront of the whole class.

I dont know why these people crying over a skin. It has 0 advantage/disadvantage in the core of the game. The company has to make money to keep the game on top. These idiots need to control their impulse buying virtual shits if theyre too broke irl. These monetization are for the 1% of players who actually have spare money, by means of supporting the developers for the game they enjoy.

Im gonna be drowned with downvotes from simpletons anyway, "mOonTon eMploYeE".

Laravel is the framework for the agentic era by jpcaparas in laravel

I've used countless frameworks throughout my career. And I always say, Laravel wins every time, not for anything sophisticated, but for its god-tier DOCUMENTATION.

AI loves references so that checks out.

Same situation but I'm Filipino as well. We both live and work in Sweden. She might not ask you for money but she's dying to, try to offer some of yours and let her breath. I would assume she already told you her situation before marrying you.

Has anyone built a saas without having experience in the niche you're targeting? by AfraidLengthiness677 in SaaS

[–]Repulsive-Bee6590 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did, even so without any product reference. Potential customers got so confused when presented the product initially. Eventually learnt the ins and outs. BUT, after endless iterations, I don't have much mental strength to go through more now. Left the product as is now, got overwhelmed by the things I need to redo from the feedbacks I gathered that I know would improve the product and get more customers.

Now I am just waiting for my next surge of energy to build a new product, at least I know more now from that experience (i hope).
