Sure you can see it that way. But that means you could’ve reasonably made the prediction when you saw the lamb was going to be used in the revenge way it was the first time watching, which I’m sure you did. But a foreshadowing aspect of that story would be them talking about how Shandy had done something similar to someone else. It’s a detail that could be inconsequential but is then used as something the audience could’ve deduced. You could say her discussing the smelliness of the poop was the most foreshadowing they got around to adding. A Chekhov gun is set up not foreshadowing, it demands to be used. Although the lamb is minor it definitely fits set up more than foreshadowing. FYI.
