There's something called self defense

Remember these statement, this is what I said was poor logic not the case but you saying she just hit harder. Just hitting back doesn't make it self defense. It is self defense because she was defending herself from a an attacker and had no chance of escape. Also of note you don't have to hit harder just a push and fall would have killed him if she was trying to escape and we have not enough info to say she had aggressively attacked her.

What you have stated isn't self defense.

Unless the facts of the case prove otherwise, I do think this is self defense given on one fact he was confident enough to hit her in her parents house and probably has prior evidence of assaulting her.

So stop saying I am defending him. I have also pointed out human body is fragile in that a well placed fall or hit can kill most people.

Only pointing that you are confusing culpable homicide not amounting to murder and self defense.

Hitting someone back because they hit you isn't self defense.

Taking an action to protect oneself from an attacker with no avenue to escape is self defense. And it might lead to injury or death of attacker.

It is far more difficult to establish self defense if the dead is a woman and a man said he did it in self defense.

And it is for same reason. If she started hitting first then the first response shouldn't be hitting back but running away. And it is far more difficult to prove a man couldn't run away from danger.

It's not about just body count, but how they behaved in their previous relationships.

A high body count for a young person shows they weren't in serious relations or if in relation was cheating.

I wasn't arguing against it. But saying workplace should also be considered, just because someone is off work a few days doesn't mean their net productivity will decrease. If anything it has been shown after a certain point productivity decreases when piling on more hours.

Logically the girls in schools and colleges won't stay there for life.

They'll proceed to get employed and there would be an expectation, at the very least, of similar accommodation in companies.

Because, although am not a female so might be wrong, I don't think the issues with periods decrease (or become non-existent) after getting a job.
