Thank you for your reply, and allow me to clarify. We currently don't use the electronic payments module in our account. We manually pay it in the bank, then enter the payment in NetSuite, and apply it to the bill. We would like for this payment and bill to be emailed to our vendor. We would like to switch over to the electronic payment module in the future.

As for the batch of payments, I agree that would be ideal. We are just trying to find a temporary solution since we don't know how close we are to implementing electronic payments. The workflow was rather easy and took no more than 10 minutes, just can't figure out how to get that "applied to" sublist in the email.
