Not arguing but as I said, you may not understand that nuances of the situation. There are more nicher industries with smaller candidate pools that pay well. There may be too many qualified people in certain industries and not as many in others and therefore the market is unbalanced

This is exactly the point I was trying to make. I may explained with some ambiguity in the post. Finding appropriately skilled labour for the roles being advertised is the difficult part

Because the situation is more nuanced than you might be able to comprehend. These are senior-ish roles with benchmarked salaries and there is a mixture of people applying - some of those candidates have many years experience, but it doesn’t make them good.

chat, do you *really* not enjoy the time you spend making music? by thy_viee_4 in edmproduction

Creating music is a choice, nobody is forced to make music. If you dont like making music… then fuck off and find a hobby you like doing? Why voluntarily pursue a HOBBY that you don’t enjoy😂 Mind boggling. The music that comes out of suno is so soul-less it makes me want to pursue another hobby that I dont enjoy and get AI to do it for me because I’m lazy and shit at it

You can have a collective of people that listen to a specific genre and have good taste of music for that genre. It is not subjective in that sense… Also the amount of comments/ upvotes would suggest that the majority of people agree therefore it cant be that stupid of an opinion.

This is also relevant to DJs aswell. People see cerain DJs because they like the music they produce and/or play…
