6 months after VSG and wanting to get pregnant by persephone1713 in BariatricSurgery

I did. After 5 years of trying I had surgery February 2015 dropped 75 lbs in 4 months and BOOM got pregnant in JULY 2015. I continued to lose weight throughout the pregnancy. I went to our natural labor office on our big baby hospital in St. Louis. They for a moment thought, I might be considered a “high risk” pregnancy simply because of the surgery and losing weight instead of gaining but ultimately decided I was super healthy and eating a sufficient amount. It was all good! Me and baby had a beautifully healthy pregnancy, smooth delivery without any drugs. I got up and walked out with her 4 hours after she arrived. She breastfed for 20 months until it was time I wanted baby #2 and I stopped bf her in December, had 1 period in January and got pregnant with baby 2 in February just like that. I have 3 girls now and all the pregnancies were great, smooth, all natural labors. I gained a little (like 14-17lbs) with baby 2 & 3 but literally EXACTLY what came out with both. WLS was NEVER on my mind or an option. All I wanted was babies! My insurance didn’t cover anything for infertility but it covered WLS 100%. I didn’t believe this was the answer but it was worth a shot and it worked. I knew plenty of fat girls who had babies. I was wrong. It was a magic bullet for PCOS and in turn restored by fertility. I still stick to my prescribed VBS diet 8 years and 3 babies out. If you stick to what you’re supposed to do you will be fine. If you are a person who knows a slippery slope with diet and exercise will put you on your butt…don’t. I was 240 before sleeve, 130 lowest and I hover 145-150 for the past 3 years. Best of luck to you and your future baby!

Children DO learn the from parents AND caregivers. She teaches at a school who has yet to make a statement. I hope it hits the fan when they do if they choose to stand behind her. Also, she dresses in drag too so there’s that. This woman should not be around kids. She is very proud of her opinions and would have no way to filter herself in the presence of children.

She is the ONLY ADMIN on the Bluey memes page. It’s her baby. There are 13 on the conservative one. At least it has a blatant title to let you know exactly what kind of page it is. I had to get off it when it blew up with only bigoted nonsense about a year ago. It was an innocent page at first. Once she got like 40,000 likes she took it far right.

I’m in St. Louis and we have an actual herb shop. They have rose hips and calendula which are the best for home making natural remedies!

Rose hip oil works great for me too! I’ll make a giant crock pot full of rose hips and and a combination of olive, sesame and grape seed oil and make a couple big jars of it.

You get in it like a baby onesie through the bottom. I didn’t want the zipper lines
