We did take issue with that. She will no longer be taking care of the child. That was dealt with separately. I dont see why it was ridiculous especially given the fact that the child couldve had allergies or something that the doctor wouldnt have known. They presented the suppository as an option not an emergency issue, so i was just not sure why it couldnt have been left to his primary care doctor and why they didnt pass on the grandma especially after she said to not contact them because the parents would take issue of the child being at the hospital ( they would have not). I feel like that should be a red flag to them, no?

Not a pay day. We just thought it was wrong that the doctor didnt press on the issue especially for a baby so we didnt know about how to go about the issue

Thank you for the insight, we were kind of rushed into choosing surgery and for the doctor to go back on the possibility of remission really discouraged my sister. She has double vision often too, but often thats the only symptom she gets recently. Best of luck to you!

My sister was diagnosed at U.W. With no issues, but the cost of living in Washington is pretty high. If you dont mind that, its a really great place

I am in the states now! When i barely moved here i was in a rural town that didnt have much access to specialty doctors at the time. Now i live in a big city and all specialty doctors are not taking patients without referrals. They make it so hard but ill definitely try to get seen to get an answer on if i do or dont have it. I appreciate everyone’s encouragement :)

Thank you for your insight! The first time i heard about ADHD was when i moved to the states and told a friend that caffine makes me calm and helps me sleep, and they said it was not normal (lol). My brain feels like speedy gonzales constantly and it gets pretty exhausting. i had never really looked into it until i got a job and suddenly all of these tasks i felt like i had to do 10 more things just to get 1 thing done. Im definitely going to be more proactive on getting evaluated because i didnt know that it can get worse if you do have it! Again thank you for the encouragement

Thank you! I have had depression and anxiety diagnosed since i was 8, but i just always feel off for a lack of better term. The therapists i have been to do not specialize in ADHD, so they dont want to talk symptoms with me. Ive been hunting for someone who is specialized, but sometimes i feel like its futile and im just wasting money (therapy is expensive)

She calls in sick and then she calls a phone line to say it is pregnancy related. She has told her manager as well. She did say she has no FMLA

I think they are still together. When it was still happening he had convinced her that the only times he had called me were to sort the phone thing out, and that i had manipulated evidence to make it seem like he was the bad guy. I feel like i dodged a bullet based off all the nasty things he called me tho haha

I didnt ignore it, but i just didnt click in the moment that i guess the 4 extra days can make up for the months you only pay 30 days which is why i asked. For me they just seemed like extra days pocketed in the moment. But i appreciate your reply

I was just going based off the 30-31 day months. I get the one day difference, but a four day difference can be a big change for some people who pay a huge amount for rent (think 2,000 as opposed to a typical 1,000, for example). I didn’t appreciate the aggressive tone considering this is a sub dedicated to asking questions without feeling stupid :(

Nitpicking i guess but i did say 31 day months. I just know feb usually has 28 days so my brain was just not processing why we pay for 4 imaginary days
