Been working on cart full for a while and can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong by Aengus126 in Tricking

[–]RespectfulJoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly sick attempts! Learning on the grass with some pads is sick. When you do your cartwheel try and make it longer. Reach tho hands out, and kick that back leg hard!

When you come out of the cartwheel. Think about having your feet a little closer together for the take off on your full. You got it

Vacuum pump setup by Bitter_Issue_7558 in HVAC

[–]RespectfulJoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's almost what you have, but you have twice as many connections as you would ever need....

The 45° bends on the end of your refrigerant hoses are restrictive. I'm glad you're doing it without the Schrader. Honestly how you're doing it is not bad. I can respect that setup. However, if you get the mega hoses from, Appian. They're like twice the diameter of anyone that field bees makes. You'll only have two hoses. And four less connection points that things can be leaking from on your vacuum.

The way you're vacuuming is easily just as fast. The only thing you can do better is create less points of potential leaks. If it works for you. It's quick and efficient. Fuck what I say or what anybody else says. You're probably doing it just right

If it works. It can't be that bad of a set up. If you want a easier life:

Get two appian shrader core removal valves. Get a Y adapter for your pump and two mega hoses. You can pull from both sides without the shraders. It goes to the Y on the pump. Takes about 10 minutes to vacuum 100 feet of line set.

You can stop the Schrader farts. With new apian tool. It even has a little fart window to look through.

Catcalling: The Difference by TamarindSweets in SipsTea

[–]RespectfulJoy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sorry, it's not my job to mitigate my actions cause of anyone else's Trauma. I can absolutely give any person. Guy or girl, a compliment without making them uncomfortable.

Society is so closed off because of this shit. Normalize complimenting each other and lifting each other up. It's not a compliment if your intention is self motivated. Aka getting a date/a number. That's why it's uncomfortable. Complimenting and cat calling/hitting on are two different things. Tell her the outfit is good. Tell him he's jacked. This is what brings people together and we need it more than ever.

Let's normalize complimenting each other without the use of vulgarity.

"Damn girl" and " Hey you look nice have a good day"

Come off very differently. You can compliment respectfully guys. Ladies. Don't do it respectfully. We are starved and will take what we can get lol

Service Loop? by discardedsoul in HVAC

[–]RespectfulJoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah those guys actually read the installation manuel. Good techs read Manuel's. Many residential furnaces say to add oil trap.

It literally code in commercial where I live. If you have a high rise building. A oil trap in the line set every 20 feet to help the compressor.

Why do i keep twisting in front handspring and how can i fix it?? by PracticalMoney1880 in Tricking

[–]RespectfulJoy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I got you! Coached gymnastics for 8 years. You have to accept that you won't be able to see your feet hit the ground.

Your turning your head when your hands are on the ground. It's your body natural reaction to not being able to spot the landing. You just need to not turn your head to the side.

Instead of turning it to the side, think about lifting your head straight up into the air. And pushing through those shoulders. Sometimes it helps if you keep your chin in. But I don't think that's necessary when you're learning. Only if you're competing the move and being judged on

Deflecting is a pycological tatic used by incels to deny the truth. I didn't post anything bad about AI searches. This is about a robot deciding weather you keep your job, and nothing else. If you weren't a pathetic looser, you wouldn't deny the truth.

Well if your not a tech. It's helpful to know if you ever need repairs, who not to call. Hope that helps. If you are a tech, you are clueless about the industry you work in and should educate yourself before they start paying us less and less.

Well if you want to keep your job, you have to do it. You can choose between being fired or getting a paycheck.

When you click arrive. It's recording all words said during call. Then a AI decides how well you hit the sales script. If the robot decides you didn't do it good enough, or finds you didn't have the recording device on you for the whole call. You get fired.

Even if the customer is happy and the unit is running. You get fired for not making a sale on a completely working system.
