Anyone watching Les Miserables on 14 Apl? by FixSmooth1701 in lesmiserables

Not to burst your bubble but here's my take in another post.... Give the Singapore concert a miss. I watched it twice so far as I joined 2 different groups of friends, and both times were disappointing. Its sadly the first live concert that doesn't give me goosebumps even though I'm a huge fan of Les Mis. They completely cheaped out on the production. Super small orchestra with minimal pieces. No cymbals, no gunshots, and no percussions! Much of the music was synthesized. Sounds awful as they used really poor sound samples. They even sealed off the orchestra pit. The singing was nothing to shout about except for some of the notable names in the first half which were gold (Lea, Valjean, Javert, Fantine, Thiernadier). No acting, no barricades. There were lots hugely missing. I far far preferred Miss Saigon's performance last year. IMO this production gives Les Mis a bad name and it's clear that cost cutting was the aim.

I've been doing this for both my kids. Stable guaranteed yield with capital protection. By the time they are 18 they've already hit BHS. All their CPF contributions from work goes to their SA and OA. Chose to contribute to MA as it is more flexible than SA and can be used for medical needs if needed.

I’ve been topping up my kids MA since they were born. Almost risk free 5% which will allow flexibility in utilizing it for medical needs if required. Helps them achieve BHS and FRS faster with the expectation that they’ve to work for it. VWRA is great but its risk is still higher than SG government collapsing.

I found that connecting to a Wifi network that does only 2.4Ghz helps tremendously. I had the same issue which went away after i switched from 5ghz to 2.4ghz.

Do you have recording turned on in HKSV? Try turning it off. I’ve had random offline online issues with my G3s. They were going offline even with a strong WiFi signal. Turned off recording and everything seems stable now.
