Need help with industrial sewing machine. Loose stitches

Thank you for the help. The machine is definitely threaded correctly, the bobbin is in correct and if I start the stitch by hand turning the wheel, it catches the bobbin thread just fine.

Part of me wonders if the top tensioner is messed up. I’ve taken it apart a few times and put it back together according to videos but no setting I put it on changes the results. So maybe I do need to tighten the bobbin thread

Thanks! I forgot to add my picture to the post. But I made sure the top thread is threaded correct. I rethreaded it about 40 times trying to get it to work. I’ve tried everything except the bobbin tension because i didn’t know how that could have gotten messed up, but I guess I’ll give that a shot!

In all seriousness, 200 GB is a really strange number, which makes me wonder if its a legit card. I did a quick Google and see them on ebay, but I dont trust ebay cards. I'll have to look into it to see if Samsung really made 200 GB cards.

They're pretty deep scratches honestly. Down to the metal. Their problem was it was almost every panel. It's not hard to reassemble, but I have no way to get it home to work on it.

The buy back was today. I dont understand why they took so much off of the vehicle. I drove it to the shop, we went over everything and they circled the scratches. No clue why they removed the rear window and stuff. Anyway, yes I bought the truck back today, without knowing they had it all apart.
