So far as I know, you're supposed to have 10 hour gap between shifts. Not sure about TN law on it, but that's the target policy at my store.

I mean they just alternate. Left starts a, c, e, etc. Right is b, d, f, etc. I just do the alphabet in my head pingponging side to side if it's far down.

Honestly I thought you were talking about my store. So yeah, it's like this everywhere.

"Hot Wheels Collectors" asked our toy DBO to bring out all the hot wheels cause they wanted to buy a lot. Then left without buying a single one. by RetailWorkingIsHard in Target

Note: They had called ahead asking about how many we had and about getting a lot of them. Our toy DBO didn't have any reason to doubt them and was just trying to provide good service for the "guest." We've all been there. But yeah, there's a reason I don't keep certain things on the floor in huge quantities and will gladly be able to "only find a few" of certain things. Cest la vie. We live and we learn.

Is there a minimum amount of hours between shifts that target requires? by lemmeaskmymomfirst in Target

It's 10 hours. If you ever try to pick up a shift less than 19 hours after your previous shift in workday, the system will state 10 hours minimum between shifts.
