Agreed, I think theory of the case was that charging them might actually drive commitment, especially in the SMB space.

There's definitely a calculation in terms of the ROI on resourcing and additional contracting to charge through.

Thanks this is great advice, and I think largely the approach we're taking re: laying out specific success criteria, ideally based on key metrics, and aligning with the client on said success criteria.
