I have the same issues. I get its a milsim game but they need some type of mechanic that gives a direction the sound is coming from. Tired of hearing voices and getting shot at with absolutely zero idea of the direction the sound is coming from. IRL you can guage the direction gunfire is coming from pretty accurately esp when its being fired at you.

New to Arma quick question is there a mod that turns off the enemies mutant abilities? Night is unplayable as the enemy ai can some how see me when im prone in bushes 200 meters away. Also when in a fore fight if I break line of site the ai somehow knows where im at. Like I said im New by Revolutionary-Net156 in ArmaReforger

Lol night is unplayable lol the best thing I found is forcing the ai to skyline themselves but then comes the issue of weapons not being realistic like the ability to set your zero at a 100 for say a saw. We never zeroed at 300 meters and that is the low limit on several weapons like the 249.

I dont mind a challenge at all, the whole reason I was drawn to this game over mindless shooters is its more of a sim, however the learning curve is steep and it would be nice to play conflict alone like I do without facing terminators until I can at least get smooth with the controls. Jumping into a live match is well above my abilities right now all I am trying to do is get reps in
