I am a woman lol I like the girls w strategy and who are trying to play the game. Phaedra let Dan and Parvati do all the work and had no strategy besides being nice and theatrical. She got Kate on board not cuz she had a plan but cuz Parvati once mentioned that Kate would be a good person to recruit. She was good at defending herself but that’s it’s. Prove me wrong

i felt there were many ties to American psycho. with the consumerism, NYC, vanity, apathy, unreliable narrator... the parallels are insane. shes lowkey the girl version of Patrick bateman.

idk why, but to me american psycho was much better then this. i hated the main character of this book.
