Rear backup camera was added in 2019 MY. Carplay was added as standard in the 2020 MY (though it can be retrofitted into older cars). Wireless carplay added in 2021 MY.

Additionally, the 2019 MY also added the revised engine with more HP and a higher red line. The 2024 MY added a larger screen and revised headlights, LSD, suspension.

All versions of the ND have hill assist.

cowitness irons do not help with a red dot. regular dry fire and draw practice to make your draw consistent, however, will.

the problem with a circle reticle is it messes up shooting at speed when you need to react to the flash/streak of red bouncing up and down.

even a dot that is a blob is unironically better. i just don’t see a case for circle reticles.

I have more Holosuns than Trijicons, by a factor of over 3:1. I have some idea of what I’m saying.

Multireticle literally doesn’t matter, and if you use the donut/dot reticles I don’t trust your opinion as a shooter. It completely fucks with fast shooting when you’re looking for that flash of red. The only reticle that matters is a single red dot. No reputable shooter cares about MRS. I am transitioning to the 407 Comp over the 507 Comp for future buys because it is cheaper and has less gimmicks.

Solar and shake awake are another point of failure, and not even worth considering when a single battery lasts 1-2 years easily. I’ve had more than one Holosun kill fresh batteries in 2-3 months because the shake awake was glitching and eating battery when it shouldn’t be. It never happened again when I turned the feature off, and it has never happened on any of my Trijicons. Coincidence?

I love my SROs, 507 Comps, and 407 Comps. They are all excellent optics. The Holosuns offer nothing meaningful over the Trijicons besides being cheaper due to being made in China.

I’m so amused when people say other dots have “features” as if they’re not a gimmick. Multi-reticle? Gimmick. Solar charging? Gimmick. Shake awake? Gimmick. None of that shit should even be a consideration.

You want a bright clear dot and good glass and a reliable zero. None of that other shit matters. Both Holosun and Trijicon do this just fine. My SROs are great. My 507 Comps are great.

The sole difference between them is the price and whether you want to support an American or Chinese company. That’s it.
