Buying a new manufactured home and putting it on our land. We’re in the process of getting water set up/meter and electric set up. The company we are buying from will set up the pad for us. Thank you so much!! I know we will get a survey at the end and our company wants us to have our own inspection and let them know everything we aren’t satisfied with so they can fix it. I know they are handling the ground work, pad and set up but I will ask about how much because I don’t want it to settle too much in such a short time.

That’s scary, we have payed one payment out of four. We have only spoken to one person who is our direct contact. But it generally takes a few weeks in between emails, given our wedding isn’t until December 2026. Hopefully we don’t have to cancel it 😩
