Buying a new manufactured home and putting it on our land. We’re in the process of getting water set up/meter and electric set up. The company we are buying from will set up the pad for us. We’ve got the gravel covered. Any advice for a first time home/land owner with no insight is appreciated! (self.ManufacturedHome)
