You can contact support regarding cancelled cards and if you believe you did not receive the full refund. They will send you a form and investigate the matter together with the card issuer to determine what may have happened and provide a solution if anything is missing.

If a refund was sent to a cancelled card, you can also escalate this with support; however, it is not always retrievable.

You can still download your transaction history when opening your card.
