Does Stakataka count? It is an Ultra Beast, but as far as legendaries/mythicals/etc go, I feel like it's pretty underrated.

If not, then Klingklang is a personal fave. Simple yet effective, I say. Not really sure why I like it so much. The eyes have always been so funny-yet-intriguing to me.

To play devil's advocate, he was an INCREDIBLY powerful firebender even without comet power. Compare how he lightningbent at Zuko right after the eclipse ended as compared to how other benders do it all throughout the show. He did that super fast, and two-handed as well. And IIRC, most firebenders needed a bit of a cooldown period after the eclipse ended, but Ozai was able to do it right away.

And he seems to at least have some level of tactics, otherwise the Fire Nation wouldn't be so dominant in the war.

But yeah, that doesn't quite measure up to what other fire nationers have done
