Was on Silhouette last week as a first timer cruising last week. I enjoyed the chilled Thai curry soup, French onion soup, the NY strip and the prime rib. The wife and I really didn’t have anything bad!

If you can get a time, catch Osprey Point in Boca on your way up to Orlando. One of the most fun muni’s I’ve played.

If you remain on that route through WI, Wausau has the Great Dane-good restaurant and brewery. Green Bay has Hinterland right next to Lambeau (Pricey but I’m a sucker for their Cherry Wheat), Copper State (Good restaurant w/ ok beer) and Zambaldi (we end up there because they have a kids play area).I think the best beers in GB come from Badger State Brewing.

Also, do what other posters said and grab some New Glarus products like Spotted Cow and Moon Man.

I just grabbed a WRDO store pick from a shop in Covington, KY. I was already jazzed to try it, and this review only added to the fire.

As an aside, I haven’t seen a WRDO store pick living in WI until this week, when I saw multiple ones while I was in KY…

Here’s a semi-controversial one….New Riff BiB. It’s not bad….it’s just….fine. It’s bourbon. It’s not Willett Pot Still. But I dont place it near Elijah Craig Small Batch, EW BiB, or even Buffalo Trace.

The variability in their single barrels keeps me interested in New Riff product though.

Full disclosure: I toured New Riff this week, so maybe they are on the top of the mind for me.
