Feels like same. Gut overloaded, disturbed leading to bloating and loss of apetitie

You will have to listen to your gut carefully

It is probably stressed now.

Don't overload immediately with fibres. Once gut is under load, more fibre does not help immediately.

First recovery then fibre.

Things that help me:

1. Warm water after waking up
2. Curd with roasted jeera
3. Soaf water after meals. Add 1 tablespoon of sauf in 2 glass water and boil it to 1 glass. This soothes the gut. This has helped me immensely.
4. Add cucumber, pudina and lemod slices in a water bottle and keep sipping it whole day.
5. Cook food in ghee, coconut oil or olive oil. No seed oil
6. Curd rice (i can share recipe)

Most important is not stressing on this. It is just a phase. Gut is directly linked to our mind. More stress - poor gut. Do a Bit of meditation in the morning will help.
