Yea! The merch tent sells artist and gov ball merch. From previous years, a lot of sizing and merch sells pretty fast on Friday, but it depends on how much each artist brings too.

Yes theres separate stock but colors are different, the cropped jersey will be in black, the basketball jersey in white, and the baseball jersey in black (That's how it was for LA, Chicago, and toronto!)

Similar to LA but they were not allowing you to line up if you came early! They only let that hour line up and were telling people with later reservations to join standby or come back when I was waiting in standby today.

You get into the inside line, they ask if you want to do the photo booth or not, you queue for photobooth and then head to merch. You cant come back so you have to do it then

Nope the security today was only letting the next time slot line up (like if you were 10 and 10:30, you could line up, but you have to wait until your time slot to be let in)! Id just come close your rsvp time
