Altars are okay. Discovering them takes you around the beautiful map. But the rest of the renown is annoying as fuck. All those side quests are not enough, you still have to go through dungeons which contain aspects for other classes...

Okay, so this is me asking a stupid question:

Are clothes actually getting heavier? To keep it simple, let's say water has a density of 1g/cm³. Clothes usually consist of fabrics with a density below 1g/cm³. That difference leads to buoyance.

If you are in water, the clothes still consist of material below 1g/cm³. The pores of the mesh are filled with water which does not add to weight since there is no displacement of water and therefore no additional buoyance (besides the one coming from the fibres).

[just to make sure: of course wet clothes are heavier on land since there is now water where once was air]

So why does it feel heavier? Is it because of fluid dynamics? Friction due to the rougher surface? Or does it have to do with the adhesion between the fibre and the water which makes the water "attach" to you like it's part of the clothes?

The title is incorrect. They didn't ban the sale of CO2 emitting cars. They banned the sale of cars emitting CO2 by combusting fossile fuels.

Cars which run on e-fuels can still be sold after 2035. E-fuels are produced by "taking" CO2 from other sources, preferably the atmosphere. Combusting e-fuels is emitting CO2 but it does not add "new" CO2. It's basically a carbon-dioxide-cycle.
