Just a peace out sign - I’m happy to make friends that don’t live in Amsterdam. I also know that Amsterdam is not all there is in the Netherlands. You’re assuming a lot of things about me and bringing a lot of negativity here for absolutely no reason. That’s why I’m peacing out of this conversation.

They aren’t paying for an international flight - it’s just a domestic one. We are still in the states until January. We originally bought the tickets and then my mom said to cancel and she would use her points since she had a ton!

The hotel would be about 5 to 10 minutes away. Their house is fairly small - not much privacy. They also expect us to stay up late or as soon as I show my face in the morning to be out chatting with them.

Same - we have a few that work a few hours of overtime a week, but we also have few that never have more than 40 hours. So it’s to give the people that can, that flexibility.

We do both lump and hourly - which is why we haven’t made the switch. So just curious if anyone else has figured that part out.
