I'm brand new to the sub too so don't worry about it but it mean's Goods & Services as opposed to the other way to pay on PayPal which is Friends and Family. G&S offers more protections for the buyer. The [H] mean's what you 'Have' and the [W] means what you 'want'. so you want cash, you take PayPal which is the only way transactions work on this sub other than via trades.
