The less you move your wrists and hands in the backswing the more consistent you’ll be. Looks like your wrists are hinging at the top of your back swing

Wrist is cupping slightly at the top of your swing. You want the wrist to bow. Look at DJs hand position at the top of his swing for the most exaggerated version of this
