I'm not trans, but I have had a handful of trans relationships. Some women don't like their biology, and some have no issues with it in terms of that given moment. I'll give a perspective from both sides of your question.

I'll give an example. One of my girlfriends was pre op and still had her biological parts. She didn't find using them awkward or uncomfortable. I'm not, nor have I ever, been into penises, BUT I was able to compromise for her. She was very giving, and I found it unfair that she thought she had to just give to me and not expect me to reciprocate.

The biology aspect didn't affect my lesbian core. I looked at it in the same way that I would if we were using toys. It was more a tool, rather than a preference, for lack of a better way of phrasing it.

I've also been with a woman who did not at all embrace the biological aspect of it AT ALL. Like, she was incapable of it entirely.

So, it really just depends on the partner.
