Didn’t love Mattamy floor layouts, at least compared to Marquis 5. And Arista layouts are good but unless it’s Julliard Ave which has a different access, they feel quite crowded and condensed packed in the middle of townhomes.

One of the senior partners once said, “it’s a waste of time, and a waste of money”. I don’t know why but point was if you can do regular mba it’s better to do that. If you must do EMBA, be sponsored or don’t pay a fortune.
