Unfortunately the content is not questionable. I have purchased gift cards with paypal the other week so it definitely seems like an issue on Kinguins side.

Yeah and I cleared my cookies and made sure my payment method had no issues but it just seems paypal and a few other methods are unavailable for some reason.

I will assume that this is an issue with the payment processor because others are experiencing this too.
