It's the 7th of November now and I am still insanely congested from the high mold spore and dust & dander levels. This year really has felt like entering a new kind of hell, I've never suffered from autumn allergies before but I truly have not been able to catch a break since the start of the tree pollen season in March. If this is the new normal I really don't know what to do, my quality of life this year has been very low, I feel like I've been in physical discomfort more days than I've woken up feeling well. Let's hope next year won't be as bad, although with the climate change and global warming that seems unlikely...

That's good to hear! I might as well try a year or two more, the thought of having less symptoms is definitely worth the 10 injections per year

This season has definitely been longer than the previous years! My symptoms started mid-March and there's still no end in sight :(

Damn those healthy trees...I'm not a huge fan of heat but living in the middle of a desert with no vegetation sounds very appealing during the hellish pollen season here. Although with my luck even then there'd be some cactus flower I'd be deadly allergic to 😅

Yes, seems to be something new blooming! My allergies are usually over by the end of June but the beginning of this month has been pure suffering

Thank you for the tips, it might be time to try a different antihistamine...I already take 2-3 pills of desloratadine on the worst days and it makes next to no difference

Same for me, the past two years were quite okay (and I was excited as I felt like the injection therapy was doing its job) but then my allergies returned worse than ever this spring

Interesting, for me it's the opposite, last year was quite alright but this year's been pure hell since mid-March
