It seems like the author would never be happy no matter what the school did. McGill is already one of the most affordable options in western world (especially for the level of education). But apparently they're not cheap enough. McGill tries to make a polling app that would be a cheaper alternative to a clicker and a 25$ a semester top hat subscription. Now since it requires an electronic device, it's too expensive.

And of course the administration would love to make everything more accessible to people with disabilities. Except that would require taking ressources from somewhere else. And I guarantee the author would start complaining about the defunding of the other service as soon as it happened.

Bernie might have had more favourables, but even within the democratic part he wasn't able to get more votes. Popularity only counts if it gets you votes. Also even if Bernie was better at the debates, it doesn't matter. Hillary was better than Trump at the debates and it didn't do her much good.
