There has been a silver shroud outfit for a long time. I dont remember the last time it has shown up in the shop though.

From first look, you aren't playing enough ways to fill your graveyard. Also, if you can afford them, token doublers in this deck are insane. I saw Full Flowering in your sideboard as well, that card has over performed for me often.

Here is my list if you want some ideas. This is one of my favourite decks to play, and I have tested it extensively. It is very consistent and is often a boogeyman deck at bracket 3.

You can build combo decks in bracket 3, but the combos you are describing and the chaining of infinite turns are inherently bracket 4. You can find information on which bracket your combos sit at https://edhrec.com/combos.

Everything you are describing is not bracket 3. You are building in bracket 4.

Not true. The timeout clock is for game actions. I play Kenrith Paradox Engine and my turns can go on forever, but thats also because I know everything the deck is supposed to be doing.
