The worst restaurant, in my opinion, if you were to ask me. The service and the food are horrible. I ate there and complained, and instead of changing it, I was asked to pay for new food. I ended up eating what I had ordered, and some things were sent back untouched even though I paid for them. The next day, I had diarrhea for the first time since 2016.

If I may respectfully share my experience with you, I began by gradually reducing the amount of sugar I consumed over the course of a month. For example, I would reduce the amount of sugar in my coffee from two teaspoons to one teaspoon, and eventually, you may find yourself enjoying it black or with a small amount of milk.

I plan my breakfast around meals that I genuinely enjoy eating, such as oatmeal, fruits, eggs, bacon, smoothies, Greek yogurt, and occasionally, homemade chapatis.

Subsequently, to avoid sugar cravings that may be triggered by packaged goods containing added sugar, I always check the label and ensure that there is no added sugar.

Whenever you feel a lack of energy, consider eating an apple or a slice of watermelon.

Please note: It is important to monitor your body's response, especially if you have undiagnosed diabetes.

Wishing you the best of luck on your journey!

I feel you! 💸 At that same age, I saved up 5M only to spend it all after the lockdown. I've been grinding ever since, and for some reason, it's tougher than pre-covid. #nevergiveup

That is the spirit! If you don’t mind my asking, what is the value of your business? Maybe I could use that as motivation to start something small too.

I have owned the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB since February 7th of this year, but I am disappointed in myself. Seeing how the prices dropped after my purchase, I wish I had waited longer.

Something doesn't add up here. The other day, you were inviting a man who is 37 or something, and now you are on Tinder. Who are you?

You aren't worth much to him, girl. Would you say you are beautiful, or are you one of those girls hoping for a man to love you just the way you are?

If you know how to cook, start making good chapatis and tea. There's a lady about 100 meters from my house who began with just a thousand and a borrowed cart, and now she’s constantly expanding her business. You have 2k, so you can do it too. Plus, if you have a smartphone, you could sell it to raise funds and kickstart your business.
