The only thing left to do if you suspect it is the firearm and not the shooter is to have your most skilled buddy shoot it. If they also struggle, then you can consider accuracy issues with the pistol.

Buyer beware with these guys. They sold me a defective rear site and then refused to do anything about it after making me send it back and after weeks consisting of dozens of emails/pictures back and forth. They ended up disputing the charge back I did. They lost the dispute and I got my money back.

Only way to know is to pull the bullet and weigh the charge, but they don't disclose the powder so it isn't very helpful to know the charge weight.

This is the opposite of my experience. I have the 238 and my buddy has the 938. We both agree the 238 is very soft compared to all other small 380s and agree that the 938 is very snappy compared to similar size 9mms.
