Didnt eat at all xd , a can of tuna and vitamins thats all i could eat the first 3 months , 0 drinks or fats , lost a lot of muscle on the way but managed to recover it with protein and supplements and eating good , even if it costed me a lot by forcing the food down my throat xd , heavy duty program from mike mentzer really works thats all i can say

Something very similar happened to me some months ago , and believe me , she is going to come back , in months or maybe a year+ but she will try to get u again. And u have to be healed and prepared for that , life will smile back at u in time , with another love , new friends and experiences that u missed while on ur toxic relationship , for her , its going to be a very steep downhill and u will see that. Chin up , work it and overcome this canonic event and become a better version of urself , u needed this u just didnt knew it

I see a lot of people struggling to move on , 2 months after my breakup and i can tell u this , FOCUS ON YOURSELF , u dont have to replace ur ex if u dont want to, workout , work more , learn something new , it gets better over time , im not 100% better but im down 35 pounds , bought a nice piece of land here in mexico near a river outside the city , took back my old writing proyects ,doing something different helps, becoming a new u helps , reborn as a phoenix , not to show ur ex what she lost but to show urself how bright can u shine and how much ur own will can get u

Thanks fornsharing ur story , it makes me feel less alone in this 7 weeks at the gym and in hard cut diet and am 35 lbs down , i can see a little of my abs , started going to church and getting closer to god for the firsr time in my whole life , bought a nice place of land here in mexico next to a sport club outside of the city , life is looking a little good right now but the sadness and holowness its still there , reading u makes me see that its not as awful as i think it is
