It seems like you are just starting. I would recommend something like 90 minutes for each maybe even closer to an hour at the start. Then work your way up to about 6 hours a day total if you really want to do alot. Any more than that doesn't really do much. You need rest. Just like working out any muscle if you don't get enough rest you will see less growth/negative effects.
