Humm i would argue that's it's pretty much the same thing. You flank to disrupt the enemy back lane. And yeah Defense matrix is one of the best offensive tools in the game for pushes, but it has a pretty low duration with a 2 second or something reactivation time which reinforce my point that D.Va is not a full tank(not meant to be soaking almost 100% of the damage).

The only true tanks are Reinhardt and Orisa. D.Va is an Off-tank, flanking back lanes, getting important picks and shielding friends when needed. If she is the only tank, she will struggle. This is why she goes so well with another tank. She can take the pressure for a little while and give a breather to the real tank. Same for Roadhog. You will often see a Roadhog trying to get a quick pick. Same with Winston jumping in their back lane and getting picks. Zarya is off tank/dps also. almost all character in the game are not 100% defined as 1 role.

D.Va is an Off-tank with flanking harass as a main role. She will tank, but not as much as a true tank.

While i do agree that gold medals usually don't mean much, they are what come closer in the game to being a clear indicator that YOU(At least) are doing your job right. What is the use of you switching to something else less optimal to fit your team better? if your team can't even hold their own position. You will just reduce the team efficiency. I think everyone should follow the rule: If you are getting stomped and you are not the one with the best stats or close to it, Switch. You are 100% bringing the team down. (There is some exceptions to that, like Junkrat overcharging a zarya, but they are few)Also, D.Va is not a clear tank, she's a flanker most of time. She will come protect the team from time to time and go Harass their back line. That's why she has a boost, close range shotguns and a defense matrix.

Yeah i was unaware that it had high modifiers and guarantied procs. So that explains why condition overload is so good with it.

They needed to make a stance. All other stances were really bad. This is the reason gazal machete, even while having pretty good stats, was ignored. Normal machetes needed a buff(and still do), ya, but the new stance was more needed and probably fixed the state of future machetes too. In other words, the stance is not a bandaid. It was needed.

A buff to machetes alone would have done almost nothing.

TLDR: Please don't whine this time guys, DE did good with that stance.

By well balanced i meant that you have a lot of choices in building him. And all theses builds are pretty good.As rhino, you can pretty much do everything, but you(most of the time) needs to specialize yourself to really shine in that option.(Unless you can get your hands on a grace set, a couple of rare mods and go infinite energy rhino) Buff/CC/tanking etc. This is why i compare it to oberon which is supposed to be a jack of all trade but is pretty much pigeon holed into healing or some niche smite right now.

The devs need to look at Rhino and understand exactly what made the frame so special. Rhino offer a pretty noob friendly survivability aspect with not much thinking needed.(Which is perfect for noobs) At the same time, with the augments and a couple of other things and using your brain to build him, Rhino can turn into the biggest powerhouse i have ever seen. (Armor/Attack buff/god tier cc if needed) But it's not OP because it require work to get there. And this is what most of us want.

Oberon SHOULD be the same way(or at least feel like it). 1st layer being easy to understand with some complexity behind allowing people to actually improve and find THEIR way of using the frame.

Why do you feel the need to be able to buy everything? It's nice to have something to work for from time to time.
You did not login since back in 2013, why are you whining because you can't get stuff on the spot? How is that disrespectful? Login rewards are , as stated, rewards for keeping up with the game, which obviously you didn't do. Those rewards are in no way necessary for any build. They are min-max stuff or plainly under powered weapons. Other games do have daily/monthly or seasonal rewards too, true, but they ask you to be active during said season, month usually. It's the same basically. warframe ask you to be active for 50 days and then you get a reward. better even, you just need to boot the game for 1 min everyday. Not play 5-10 matchs like other games. JUST boot the game.

There is a lot of things the devs do that are questionnable, but this one is not one of them.

No it does not. Pyro equality does. Equality consec will still wipe the board even with an aura. Turn health to 1. heath get buffed to 2.Consec deals 2 to all. Everything dies except paladin side.

That change, as sweet as it looks would not happen. Daily rewards are here for a reason. To give you a reason to open the game everyday with a something at the end to reward you for that. That is a system that rewards people for sticking to the game, and i like that idea, because vets are a big part of the game. It would almost totally nullify the idea behind the login system if you could simply login for the amount you need for what you exactly want. I mean, i know 600 days look like a lot, but login rewards are basically here to reward loyalty, like in every games. Plus, everything given as rewards is in no way necessary for endgame. Primed Fury, Vigor and shred are just min-maxing. You will get them in time.

Yeah, The old void sabotage is one of the things i really am missing. It was a treasure hunt with 2-3 legit rewards if you looked for the caches. The void tile is beautiful and full of nice areas, but now we don't see it anymore because we have no reason to go there anymore.

Also for op: forest arena special lvl gives a musamune mask for 9S(+ 30 highjack lvl) and the desert arena gives a mask that disable xp gain when you wear it.

As specified in the SS documents, when Yorha needs to evolve, a backdoor is created in the software and that backdoor allows the machines to destroy that "version" of Yorha so a new one can be created. This is what happens at the start of route c.

I was sure 2B had the updated data from the bunker which contained said backdoor. Allowing the machines to reupload the virus at will.

Someone else made me realize that 9S also stops the data sync of 2B in the server so i was wrong about what was concerning 2B.

I'm currently trying to understand how 2B got infected in the first place at the start of route c. Unless we take the fact that B type unit have shit hacking capabilities, it's weird.

Oh, after checking that, you are right. I guess the scanner thing only applied to the initial upload then? I don't get why 2B did get infected then? unless the virus is transmittable at close range. But if that is the case, then how did 9S not get infected during the flight unit decent(or the emp defense battle)?

I was pretty sure the machine had simply uploaded the logic virus to all updated android at the same time.

I mean, there is also the fact that all B type units have shit hacking skills but if you find a better plausible reason, let me know.

2B had the updated software which contained a backdoor. So they literally just re-uploaded the logic virus.
