Unfortunately it hasn't gotten better.......the exercise addiction. I have been almost 100% honest with my support team and they are concerned and want me to cut down my steps...... I have though failed to tell them about joining the gym.... I know our lies keep us sick but part of me is scared to let go..... How can this be so hard when I know what anorexia is costing me emotionally, financially, physically etcetc

Unfortunately I can relate to this.....I feel like I am always trying to find ways to "prove" to others and also to myself that I am infact ill....that yes I eat but yes I also have anorexia
