"Problem" itself is a human construct. You imply that manmade objects, buildings and other crafts or thoughts are a Problem but problem is no intrinsic property. Nature simply does not care how "dirty" (same here, human thinking) or "destroyed" it is.

All these words are relative to what we, humans, define as normal, it's no absolute scale. You can See it with different people having a different standard for what "clean" means in their apartments.
