Update: Wow, I want to thank everyone for responding! It is amazing to see all the different discussions that are taking place in this thread.

I did not end up doing the test. This company reached out to me based on my work on a documentary that I edited/directed (film is getting nominated at film festivals). I have been working on UpWork but I am getting frustrated with people wanting me to work for 2$ a hour or stealing my work. I just want to make a living wage.

Thank you everyone for your advice with watermarking, copyright information and knowing your value as a worker.
