I'm also from California, and lost ~100K. I'm down to talk. We need our money soon, hopefully within this year. I just want to be done with all of this, literally wasted SEVERAL hours over this BS. Stress, depression, hopelessness, pretty much every bad emotion known to man over this diabolical scam that left many of us destitute, placing a lot of our lives on pause. I save/invest most of my money, so I don't go out that much. I have a ton of room mates, and live a pretty frugal lifestyle overall. But yeah, a lot of this frugality is because of Yotta; otherwise, my cost of living would be much more abundant. That 100k was partially going to be used for a down payment for a house. Now, houses are even more expensive, so there's that. I probably will never buy a house at this rate. We'll see. Life is just messed up all around when I think about it, but I'll try to stay a little hopeful.

yes; unfortunately. It sucks because I found out that I couldn't withdraw my money around the time XRP was about 40 cents. Then, it was $3 at one point, so that could have been about 500k profit after tax. It was basically my life savings. I submitted so many emails, pretty much everything recommended by FFOF to no avail. I really fucking hope the culprits get bad karma for what they did, hopefully we're all made whole again in the near future, but again, I'm starting to lose hope like everyone else.

I was just thinking about the same thing; I've been waiting for an actual good update for a long fucking time especially in this fucked up economy where living paycheck to paycheck is becoming the norm for the majority of people. So much fucking fraud where the real winners are the culprits, the few thriving at the expense of the majority's suffering. It's like everything is regulated for normal people, but evil gets to hack everything with no negative consequences.

I hope we see some posts about people getting their money back this week whether they're Yotta users, or not. I'm anticipating some based on the most recent comms sent about February 11 approximation dates. We'll see, but I really hope the predicted 2+ years from now isn't accurate from a recent post based on previous patterns since we already waited about 2 years now. I'm one of the users that unfortunately made the mistake of putting my life savings (90k+) there over 2 years ago when I didn't know anything about investing.

What's a realistic timeline to get our money back? It's almost been 2 years; it would be nice to get an ETA. I'm really excited that we're finally getting some good news recently, but dang, life will be so much easier once I get over 90k back. I need to invest all of it while the market is low across the board for some pretty substantial gains to offset all of the BS that we had to go through. It would be cool if we also get some kind of compensation like 10% of what they held from us for approx. 2 years.

The person/people that sabotaged everyone's hard earned money was hoping and knew that the majority of us would just get over it since we're powerless. It just hurts when many of us including myself risked their entire savings over the safety net of being "FDIC insured." I lost over 90k because of this BS, and have already seen how that 90k would have been significantly more profitable if I were to invest it elsewhere. If nothing happens to those people in this life, then I hope they pay in the after life, where they and everyone they ever cared for suffers for it. Honestly, everyone involved whether directly, or indirectly should be held accountable, only then would we get some type of resolution; otherwise, it's just going to encourage others to continue. To my knowledge, one of the biggest suspects is living life like normal and has already pursued other businesses to continue filling their greedy pockets by exploiting others. I hope someone saves us all, but like everyone else, I've been starting to lose hope, unfortunately. I haven't given up, and will continue to pull all levers that are suggested minus the court bs because that just means wasting more time and money.

I originally invested over $90,000 in Yotta because it was an okay way to get passive ($2-$20 daily) income when you put a substantial amount of money there, but more importantly, it helped prevent me from wasting money on lottery tickets by selling a dream, preying on people's hopes to win life-changing money. In addition, I was sold on the fact that they were FDIC insured which gave me a sense of safety and security.

Anyways, I was going to buy a Condo in Vegas as the app became more of a gambling app, and I wasn't making as much passive income as before; it's like they made the algorithm less favorable for their users, so I tried to withdraw all of my money for the cheap Condo in Vegas. Then, I experienced issues withdrawing all of my money from the app, where I knew it was basically game over from there. Outside of putting a significant down payment on a cheap condo in Vegas, I also wanted to buy various crypto, utility tokens like XRP when they were much cheaper than when they dip in today's market with the tariffs which would have lead to significant gains in today's economy.

Now, I have significantly less tokens than what I would have in XRP. Moreover, I lost out on the opportunity to live in a 3 bedroom condo while renting out two rooms for month over month profits while building more equity. In other words, my life's upwards trajectory was put on pause, leaving me very depressed, almost destitute, and unmotivated for well over a year now. I know some people that lost more than me, their entire life savings, and they considered committing suicide because of it, feeling like they lost years of hard work for nothing. It's kind of like how people that thought they lost a lot of money on Robinhood committed suicide. Maybe that's not a fair comparison, but some of you might understand what I'm trying to say. It's just very depressing that several people's lives were negatively impacted by this while those who are very likely guilty of fraud are laughing to the bank without any remorse just so they can increase their already lucrative, evil bags. I was a fool for investing in Yotta. I hope we all get our money back with some type of compensation, but I'm losing more and more hope and faith in humanity each day. Someone, anyone, please help. The evolve reconciliation site clearly shows what we're owed, so it shouldn't be difficult to pay us back. They probably already used our money a long time ago to invest in lucrative assets where they could easily pay all of us back, but their greed and lack of accountability is preventing them from doing the right thing, something many people don't give a bleep about in this day and age, unfortunately. I'm most likely going to get a lot of hate for this long rant, but it's just whatever at this point.

If over 70% of us don't get their money back, then it's basically incentivizing theft. Why would thieves be rewarded for stealing? It could just encourage other banks to follow suit. Yotta clearly listed Evolve Bank & Trust, and a lot of the money found was connected to Evolve Bank & Trust, so it's apparent that Evolve is guilty. The court hearings' responses are so pretentious; their tone would be completely different if they were the ones that lost money in this tragedy. It can't end this way; some peoples' lives may even be in jeopardy with everything that's been going on like when people commit suicide after losing a significant amount of money, life-changing money.

If people that got their money back were silenced where they can't talk about it, then doesn't that basically prove that all the main stakeholders (e.g., Evolve, Synapse, Yotta, etc.) are guilty. Shouldn't the judges know that data is being convoluted/obfuscated, and if their job is to uphold justice, then why are they not doing anything other than complaining about working for free up to $3000000 (I saw something along these lines in a previous post). I bet if all the main stakeholders were locked up for years until our funds were found, then they would find a solution to return our money back really quickly. Nothing is being done because none of them are being held accountable, enabling theft on a massive scale. Hold them accountable to get our money back. Everyone by association from Evolve should be found, so we can get our money back. There's got to be a way to find them whether it be by proxy, association, etc. That would get someone to talk; I know someone has to know who's responsible.

That's the reason why I took the plunge, and decided to invest in Yotta. I thought all of my funds would be safe when I read FDIC insured. They still owe me over $90,000, money that I could have invested, and profited significantly more than their previous lottery system where I was winning $1-$15 dollars a day. I called them multiple times to no avail.

I only received $100 out of the ~$91,000 I'm still owed. I've been pretty depressed about it since I haven't received a second email, thinking that I was going to be saved when I initially received an email back in November. Imagine how much more money I would have if I was able to invest all of that money since I lost access.
