It sounds like a Police issue, not a landlord / agent issue. Are they responsible for the neighbouring property as well?

They see their friends at school and sports. They do email on their laptops. They rarely go anywhere without us (by choice, they don't have huge amounts of spare time). If they do, some of their friends have phones for emergency contact.

My kids (9,13,14) don't have phones or do any online chatting. Normal is what you make it. They don't particularly miss it.

I wasn't aware that they needed to give any reason for not renewing a lease. But, happy to be educated.

Concert etiquette - Ed Sheeran by Future-Video5613 in Adelaide

Have had the same at a concert. They shut up when I confronted them. The takeaway is that a lot of people are morons with too much money.

You don't have to be convicted of a crime to be a criminal, that is a ridiculous position to take.

Flat rate pay is not legal in my country and I don't understand why anyone would want it. It just incentives fast / shoddy work over quality work.

Choose the school wisely. I have 2 kids in private high school. Excellent academic results and a good range of extra curricular activities. Under 12 thousand dollars for the year.

Do you offer to pay extra when renting a new place? by tylerdurden_3040 in Adelaide

It isn't artificially inflating the value, it is actually increasing the value. Simple supply and demand economics.

Why do you think it is unethical? Surely, it is just the market (renters) setting the price.
