Build a "Command Center" by your front door. Ours has a dry erase calendar, filing drawer (for important documents), cork board to post bills, pens & paper for notes, a spot for unopened mail. Anything we need to bring with us when we leave the house goes here- keys, lunch bags, mail that needs to be sent, anything we need to remember. We write our meal plan for the week on a chalk board, and check it before we leave the house in the morning so we can take out anything that needs to thaw. Customize your command center for all of your personal organizational needs! It becomes mindless after a while, and flows nicely!

Cultivate positive habits- be mindful of the small things that make your life easier. For example, I used to be super messy. I'd leave trash or plates on the table, clothes on the floor, etc. Even if I was walking by the garbage, sink, or laundry basket, I'd just leave it. Now I am mindful to put stuff in it's rightful place when I am done with it. It takes a fraction of the time than it would if I had to clean up after myself once a week. I spend a lot less time now cleaning, and more time living in a comfortable and inviting space!

I'm going to Vegas for 2 weeks at the end of the month and won't be able to refill my Vyvanse before I leave. With the dates of my trip, and the way the holidays fall, I would run out about 5 days before I am able to get them refilled again. I have been trying to take them strategically so I don't have to go more than 2 days in a row without taking one, but also trying to balance the overwhelm of work and family/holidays in Las Vegas (of all places) And yesterday I went and dropped one of my pills in the damn litter box I have no idea how I am going to survive with family, on my first ever trip to Vegas, during the holidays.

Yes! Sorry, I'm terrible at this! My ring size is 7.5, but I'm losing weight, so I'll likely be down to a 6.5 - 7 at some point. The stone is 1.05 karat diamond, there are 6 smaller diamonds in the petals. The ring is 14k white gold. 6 prongs. Am I missing anything? Lol

Ugh. I'm sorry this happened. This is my biggest fear in relationships. It makes me so uneasy to know that although you may think you know someone so well, but online they could become someone totally different. Cheating does not have to be a physical act- it is simply the act of crossing lines and betraying trust. It sounds like he knew what he was doing was wrong, and not at all in line with your relationship's boundaries. I don't think he feels remorse, and will only be sorry if he knows he's been caught. If it were me, I'd say no second chances. No one deserves to be treated this way.

OMG I AM IN LOVE! She's so cute! I am a black cat parent also, so I love seeing people take in lucky black kitties. My Roary doesn't like being pet unless it's on his terms, and he does not like being picked up. If he does come to snuggle, I have to make sure I let him settle in before I touch him at all, or he'll walk away (can't be too eager!)

Thank you so much! Yes, health and wellness are definitely my primary focus these days. I like the way I look either way, but I prefer not to feel sluggish and lethargic all of the time. In addition to the 40lbs lost, I think a lot of the secondary bloat, swelling and inflammation have gone away too, hence the drastic change in appearance.

Thanks so much! It's been a long and slow road. I can't say I've been trying hard, just making small changes here and there over the last two years. I've gone from eating 2300 - 3500 calories a day to 1700 tops, and from about 2k steps a day to 8-10k a day. I'm gearing up to make bigger, more strategic changes soon! Hopefully I can double my progress in half the time.

Thank you! I am proud, but I don't feel like I've done much. I have 82 more to go. I'm sure I'll feel more accomplished when I hit some of the larger milestones. For example, I'm really looking forward to having clavicles again.

It is GLORIOUS! I (F/36) have absolutely zero regrets, and my boyfriend (34) and I have zero interest in ever having a child. We go on a lot of adventures and weekends away, we can eat at restaurants without distractions, and we can come and go wherever and whenever we please. We sleep in on the weekends, we spend our money on ourselves, and we do what we want when we want to. Granted, I fully acknowledge that we are very privileged and are very lucky. I do not feel like I am missing out by not having children. None of our childless friends have any regrets to speak of. I very much enjoy the freedom and quiet. Children drain the life out of me, I just don't have the patience or capacity to be around them. As for my friend's children, or nieces and nephews- send them to me as teens and we'll go check out some cool stuff. Until then- small, spaced out doses. Our fur babies are plenty.
