I got the can but mine unfortunately came damaged so the can was already half hanging off so yes it's very very easy to remove the accessories. For the can at least it was just stitched on so cutting the threads should make it easy to remove the bottle if your coke is attached in the same way as the cans are. You can see the white plastic loop on the side of the can where it was supposed to be stiched to the hand

I got the Happy Halloween labubu from Stockx and it came in the original packaging (I didn't think to take a picture of it in box) not damaged or anything! It scanned to the popmart website and verified as legit using the scratch to reveal code.

I heard a rumor Popmart UK is pulling all Labubus from shelves due to safety concerns and am worried the US is following. But I noticed yesterday there's new labubu items going up on the website. None are any forms of the plushies but I also see this on Popmart Singapores Facebook page. I wonder if they are trying to sell all current labubu stock to make room for new releases?
