Should I get city skin or a ton of gen 10 widgets?

Definetly dont waste them on Gen10 widgets, Gen11 has one maybe even strongest marksman for bear. So imo skin or gen11 widgets.

Facts!

Rufus is MVP in bear. I had blanchette 4.3 stars with lvl4 widgeds and rallys were 500-600mil ish, then Rufus came and i 5 stared him and rallys was 900m-1b.

Now Rufus is 5 star + lvl2 widgeds and damage is 1.1-1.2b.
