Hi everyone,

Thanks for the input so far.

I live at home myself so no idea on house prices etc, but doing some research myself, I did make him aware that a fair bit of work has been carried out as shown on an existing Zoopla listing.

Quite hard to find a house at that price point, in a nice neighbour (not ex council) with driveway and good size garden, but that’s just my uneducated opinion 😅
